Post Guest Inspections

  • Any broken windows, doors, locks, shower curtain/doors, furniture, stair railings, tables, appliances, washers and dryer doors, etc.) Virtually anything in your home can be damaged during a guest stay! Your ability to identify and quickly replace various items is crucial to obtaining excellent reviews as well as seeking compensation for replacement of these items through your home rental agency.
  • Broken or damaged TV’s and other electronic devices (video arcades, computers, etc.).
  • Check all entry and exit doors to make sure they are locked and properly secured.
  • Make sure all windows are closed and secured.
  • Looking at the oven, making sure it is off, and that all stove burners are inactive.
  • Survey of the bikes in the garage as well as ping pong, air hockey, and pool tables for damage.
  • Obvious carpet or floor stains left by guests. (We can report these issues back to you and even coordinate a carpet/floor cleaner to take care of the issue before the next guest arrival).
  • Damage done by pets.
  • Excess trash or debris left by guests.
  • Missing SHARC passes.
  • Clean the fireplace of ashes and debris and reset for next guest.
